Return Policy

To return an item to Menagerie Publishing, simply contact us at 1-800-527-3679 or email cynthia@menageriepublishing.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. Your return should include a copy of your invoice, a description of the problem with the returned item and instructions for exchange, refund, etc. We are unable to accept the return of opened software or clothing that has been worn or washed unless they are defective.
